The room had a strong smell from the cleaning liquid, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. The hard stone floor was a concern for our child, and we struggled with the lack of instructions for the climate control.

room adequate, but noise levels were disappointing
The large double room provided enough space for my family with children during our one-night stay. We enjoyed the city view, which added a nice touch to our experience. The location allowed us easy access to nearby attractions, making it convenient for our short visit.
Unfortunately, noise from the restaurant outside made it difficult to sleep.

Consider requesting light-reducing curtains for a better night's sleep if you're sensitive to light.

The room was cozy with a nice view of the quiet courtyard. We loved the special welcome gift with prosecco and treats!

clear access instructions, clean room and bathroom, quiet building
Air conditioning barely functioned, making for two stuffy nights!!! Half a roll of toilet paper with no spares provided, which is a basic expectation. Suggest addressing noise insulation between rooms, especially with families next door.

We had a really nice stay with a delightful surprise of prosecco and snacks waiting for us in our room. The place was perfect for relaxing after busy days, especially with a lovely little courtyard to unwind in. The only thing we noticed was the light coming in at night, so blackout curtains would have been a bonus. 🌟

The room was spacious and airy with big windows letting in natural light. It was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was good quality. We felt safe here. The staff was super helpful with tips around the city. However, the entrance can be tricky with no lift, especially with luggage. Also, the shower space felt a bit cramped, and the cleaning smell was quite strong at times.

The room was cozy and nicely decorated, with a lovely view of a peaceful courtyard. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift that included prosecco and local treats. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the Rialto Bridge, and the area was lively yet calm.
The curtains could be darker for better sleep.

It was just a great fit for a holiday in Venice with outstanding value for money. The air conditioning didn’t seem effective, so we struggled with the heat. Make sure to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

perfect base for exploring venice's incredible sights
We found the hotel to be a great starting point for our city strolls, as it was just a few steps from the iconic Ponte di Rialto and less than a 10-minute walk to the stunning Basilica di San Marco, making each day of exploring so enjoyable and convenient.

The location was absolutely fantastic! 🌟 Just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and surrounded by restaurants. The only downside was the curtains. they let in too much light at night. Otherwise, we had a great time!
